Doesn't surprise me at all. First, I don't believe they can do actual DD. Any DD skills most of them have pale in comparison to the information you've been able to find. I would imagine that the only ostriches that know anything about it are the ones that come over here. Second, even if they did come across it, either they wouldn't post it, or it would get deleted right away. That's a potential negative spin, even if it totally is applicable to NTEK/NTGL. It describes how management and the board think about no one but their own well-being. Investor confidence and apparently employee confidence is of no concern to them whatsoever. I've known for a long time they don't give a damn about their investors at all, but now it's starting to look like they don't give a damn about the employees either. That's not good.
All this said, if ANY of this had been in place prior to me investing in this company, I would NEVER put a penny into these guys. All this news (and lack of news) is a huge indicator of how well they take into consideration individuals, both as investors and employees, and that is an indicator of their capability to run an effective communication model and business in general. They had the potential to do something amazing in the beginning, but now it really feels like they are constantly devolving, eventually to the point of being just like any other microcap. Some guy on iHub used to say they were the golden ticket. Yeah, turns out it was gold plated.
