Strange, or maybe not so strange, that nobody on the NTEK board, nor the NTGL board here has quoted A. Hightower's facebook post explaining why he has stopped working for NTGL. Or rather was ordered to go on unpayed leave while NTEK published a fake PR about his "promotion".
I would consider that important information for investors.
