Why the TF? Why haven't we sold anything on the cheap yet? And you are right, it's not a "given" that we could. This is all my opinion, unfortunately. At this point, I see things happening right around the corner....still.

Toxic Finance...for the same reason people take out pay day loans to cover til their bases til their check comes 1 week later. AMBS case, deals, plans, commitments, whatever, didn't come through...some one balked. Not saying mngnt should have relied on it as much as they have...that I even can't say for sure. I do see massive value in our pipeline and I've placed my bet in AMBS that with this pipeline GC has had meetings with potential buyers, partners, etc., naturally.

hindsight is 20/20. what if we would have just raised the AS to say 10 billion from the get go and no carrot dangling take place all this time...where would we be? I don't have any answer, but I still don't see another CEO coming in and doing a better job, even after everything we have gone through. Perhaps another CEO may have sold off some of our assets for less than their worth...or partnered sooner? but, GC decided not to? I think it's easy for small biotech companies to get bullied around, and when they don't give into the pressure to sell on the cheap, their sp drops...a lot... and more and more TF comes into the picture.

As you can see, I really don't have the answers. I can understand your assessment of GC and I would be lying if I haven't thought similarly as you do now. for now sp, still to this day, doesn't necessarily represent failure and as fast as this has gone down it can go as fast up because the pipeline is worth a shit ton.
