Thanks for the question and the open discussion.
I can't see all the posts here so don't know where the 1B fear mongering came from. People were all worked up about the 500m and now that it hasn't happened, I guess it's a way to spin it into a negative but the logic isn't there.
Why have people labeled the 10K an excuse? Why would the company need an excuse to call off increasing the AS.
Why push the proxy to the Summer? If the company badly need to increase the shares, why not file the 10K this week and proxy for a shm in 30 days?
Why the need to file the 10K first? How many 10Ks did they file previously with the same scenario?
What's the connection (or not since it's been pushed months out) between the Proxy and the 10K is what people should be thinking and speculating about.
