ESS was D.O.A. And caught up in the courts and litigation. Top Burn Specialists have been waiting for this to hit the market, knowing it will save lives and add QOL to patients.

The Gov't lost money when ESS was dragged into litigation, so I can understand their tentativeness and their unwillingness to invest heavily without guarantees and reassurance that AMBS is a viable company and will last throughout the duration of the trials.

It is an incredibly jaded view and near impossible to conceive that you don't believe GC doesn't care about our military across the board and ALL burn victims both young and old. Watch the news and tell me that any human being that can see these victims from all attacks and accidents is indifferent to them and solely all about the dollar!

They are trying to get this to market. The ones that are holding this company back are the ones shorting and the constant dumping of shares that continue to cause harm to the company and therefore delay funding and therefore delay trials. Each person that hopes and benefits on the failure of this company plays a part and literally takes a personal part in causing these deaths and suffering. Make no mistake about that! So maybe redirect the disdain of GC trying to make a dollar on ESS when there are others that are really cashing in by harming the company and delaying ESS getting to market.

Of course there is there argument of turning to toxic investors and taking on too much too soon, both of products and debt.

But, if it weren't for GC and team, ESS would still be set for some hearing on some Thursday afternoon while yet, more victims suffer.

So, who are the slimy ones again?
