If one or more angels has been found and is providing some interim financing to NTEK it is my hope that NTEK spins off Ultraflix much like it did with NTGL.
I would hope Ultraflix would begin trading on a higher exchange with audited financials. A spinoff would allow Ultraflix to have a reasonable share structure and a fresh start utilizing a brandname that is becoming increasingly well known. We would retain our NTEK shares and NTEK would continue to own a portion of Ultraflix. It would also create a second marker of the shorts. It would be great if the distribution of the new Ultraflix shares coincided with the distribution of our NTGL shares. Hopefully our angel has every intention of making the shorts pony up. Interesting days ahead to be sure but no question Ultraflix is moving forward at a rapid clip and even the naysayers cannot deny the progress being made.
