Future of NTEK SP, share structure and R/S -Here is the scoop from BB on the other NTEK FB page.
Now I personally have seen that BB has been dead wrong on many of his predictions and therefore I am not really a fan. So then why post this here? Well for one thing I actually am in agreement with the majority of his points. Secondly the view is extremely positive so naturally I want to believe it (rose colored glasses disease) and I am interested in all points of view that make sense especially one coming from someone who may be NTEK's largest SH.
Lastly the co has not provided us with a recent update therefore we are stuck with speculating so BB's theory is as good as anyone elses. Mods don't bother to delete this post as I will just and copy paste, repost and complain to Admin AND besides the post is POSITIVE.

Make no mistake what we are witnessing over the past 4 weeks is a direct result of the share structure being on lockdown. Up 100% with only one news event. This illustrates how impactful dilution can be if not executed with restraint.
I think the gut wrenching times are behind us now. Why? I believe substantial funding has been secured. Partnership type funding teaming up with a big, fortune type company. We all saw how quickly they were burning through shares for over a year. The share issuance virtually halted about 4 weeks ago yet our most recent PR was substantial. My guess is there is a correlation.
My take is that the RS will occur sometime over the next 2 weeks. To execute an RS takes time to get approval and the oversight process involved. I completely believe now that the RS is a GOOD move in this case. True that virtually all RS's have been a disaster to shareholder value in the long-run. 9 times out of 10 those companies don't have squat in terms of a viable service or product and certainly don't have $4-5MM in revenues per quarter. NTEK is a different bird in that respect. If executed today a 15:1 split puts us just under .07 a share. Dilution leading up has halted and the company has been virtually dead silent. I can almost guarantee you we get bombarded with substantial news events the first 4 weeks after the RS occurs. I think we hear about huge content news, new partnerships and platforms going live.
Anyone notice the night and day improvement in NTEKs (UF) social media efforts recently? This also is not a coincidence as I believe we have new leadership and marketing powers taking the helm as we speak. UF is getting ready to take the next step up in terms of relevance. In 30-45 days I believe each and every one of us will be singing a new tune here.
Share issuance is key here. If the SS is relatively unchanged 4 weeks after the RS I will be 100% certain significant funding has been secured.
If the SS is maintained 500% stock appreciation is not out of the question short term.
