They didn't go to Monaco and they aren't asking for more shares. Why? I am thinking it may be what has already been discussed. They are going to take this P.O.S. private. No need for more shares or money. And now we can sit around until "summer" (what part of that 3 month period would that be?) and wonder why they didn't ask for more shares and create all sorts of scenarios that would indicate that our investment is toast, all the while Gerald remains silent.
I don't think I would be able to "sit still in my chair" if I went to the SH meeting and heard Gerald explain that "market conditions" were the reason for the up-list failing. I am beginning to think he didn't want to put himself in harms way. I am sure there are a lot of people that feel very "Madoff" about him.
Well, I guess get ready for 6 months of wondering why this meeting didn't take place.
