Amarantus BioScience Holdings, Inc. (OTCQX: AMBS), a biotechnology company focused on developing products for Regenerative Medicine, Neurology and Orphan Diseases, today announced that it has cancelled the special meeting of shareholders scheduled for March 29, 2016.
The Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the increase in its authorized common stock as part of its annual meeting of stockholders to be held in the summer of this year.
