Makes total sense to me FG. If the proxies don't go out in time AGAIN, we can assume something is happening. A company just can't F&@K UP this many times without a reason.
So what happens to the shareholders (i.e. Bag holders) if they take it private?
Let me guess, they dilute and convert toxic warrants until the shares are worthless (Almost there). A financer (I.F) comes in with cash, and takes over.
The insiders are taken care of (GC,JC & BOD's) and deals are made.
Sound about right? let's see what happens.
