$PSGR issued a Press Release that indicated it purchased acreage near Kingman, Arizona that it previously had leased. Included in the purchase are some 'buildings', one of which is reported to be suitable for residence. Keep in mind that land 'near' Kingman, AZ is very inexpensive.... one can buy 40 acres near Peach or Seligman, AZ for less than $40K (a quick trip from Kingman). Land north, west and south of Kingman is also inexpensive. The purchased acreage is reported to be a future 'company owned' test site that, it is intimated by the Press Release, could be used for limited production. Don't get too excited folks, over the past TWENTY+ YEARS, we have read or heard similar occurences....don't forget about the sites near Flagstaff, AZ and in southern Nevada when the company was called Xenolix or Franklin Lakes (before legal action changed FKLR back to Xenolix). One wonders if pictures of the new acquisition will be provided.... real, honest to goodness pictures NOT the pictures taken from other companies' photo portfolios. Also something to think about, what did the purchase cost.... shares or real dollars??? Until now, has the share price been unsupported by the company to keep the share price low in anticipation of a spike in prices because of this latest 'acquisition' and the suggested progress the company is alleging? I guess this is could be another one of those wait TWENTY+ YEARS to see.
