I never knew it was possible to use the asset on the balance sheet to uplist, that is new to me as well.
I don't fully understand yet how thats achieved?

With the uplist i assume you mean the AMBS therapeutics division right?

I always appreciate it when you explain the sec filings to me and others!
For a foreigner like me its hard to understand at times when i try to read and understand it.
