Thanks for your and others reply... So i checked software 9.2.1. Restarted ipad and still am getting unhighlighted cloud with down arrow...weird. Also tried erasing app from iphone and then searching on ipad in app store...same icon. Went to purchased apps on ipad and ultraflix doesn't have cloud with down arrow by it...
