The $2.97 price target is fundamentally flawed. They put that price target on it currently - that is with 98M shares outstanding. Then they go on to back up their price target and talk almost exclusively about the post-closing Avant.
Post-closing, there will be 203M shares outstanding.
So, $291M market cap divided by 203M shares and the post-closing price target is $1.43 a share.
Remember, this is the same outfit that put a $43 price target on AMBS both pre-toxic financing and post-toxic financing. Made no sense.
As much as I love these price targets, you absolutely can put no stock in SeeTruEquity.

More than i could've asked. That's a great starting point for me. I will continue to do DD as well.
