No, even though this is a good deal for AMBS and does create shareholder value in theory. The problem is, there are going to be too many shares. It's as simple as that. Market Cap is way too low now- probably worth 40- 50 cents a share today on 50- 60 millions outstanding shares. But as we dilute further and further, the value to a specific share becomes irrelevant. I still don't understand why GC didn't uplist immediately upon the RS. I owned TTNP which recently uplisted a couple days after it did a RS. GC shouldn't have done the RS until after he had his ducks in a row and was ready to uplist immediately. GC is just too young to be running this company. He is like a lot of young people, especially ones who are making alot of money like he does. He is cocky and arrogant. He thinks he can do everything overnight. What is most upsetting, is even after getting his butt kicked, he does not seem to be humbled. In that last tweet when he talks about separating the "men from the boys"- Just unbelievable. He could have simply said there was a delay which is totally understandable and it would be another month. But no- he had to add that little extra bit of arrogance. Like a commander in the military who has lost 99%of his troops because he keeps leading them into a losing battle and then saying we need to do it one more time because that's what separates the men from the boys.
