Insiders have shares that our restricted from being sold - - esp
while a Company is deficient in filings .
Company granted shares or options, etc. ... Cannot be openly
sold in the public market(s).
Nothing stops Bathazar - - or whatever that A-hole's name is - -
from telling his cousin Beelzebub's father-in law to buy millions
& millions of shares - - back when shares were in the low cent
range .
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . and then share in the profits with
Beelzebub and Beelzebub's F.i.L. ... Under the table so to speak.
Too easy, but ya gotta keep the operation completely out of sight.
