Well my thinking is he could say in "good faith" he wants to prove everything they have stated and in the annual report is accurate to the SEC before trading resumes.
But your probably right that it's not possible, was just a thought. Not selling crap though on Friday as i am VERY confident in due time this will all be settled.
My thoughts are Randy Handman being fined and suspended resulted in all this for all three companies he had a part of in the past. Once they prove he is no longer involved at all, I believe we will be back up and trading on the pinks. MY HOPE is they can quickly resolve this and be trading again on the pinks by the end of March but we will see. Fingers and toes crossed.
I find it to much of a coincidence that all three companies he had dealings with were suspended the day after he was ordered to pay a 6 figure fine to the SEC. My thoughts are they want proof he is no longer involved in any of the three.
