I am not even sure if that is possible. The suspension was not the choice or decision made by James. It was the SEC. The normal order of things is to go on the Greys until all issue's are resolved. I doubt that James would do anything that would upset the normal procession of taking care of business. What reason would he give the SEC for doing something like that. It would amount to manipulation of the stock. Far as I know.....no can do , amigo.
