Unfortunately no unless you are a BIG shareholder. It could be possible that the financiers that brought the stock down did so because they wanted Gerald removed and he blocked them. Once they saw he wouldn't go, they dropped the hammer on him. Believe me, the CEO is not well liked by many because he has made promises he had no intention of keeping.
