It's not as much as ESS getting delayed but the pattern of the CEO pumping his stock and proving not to be able to back it up. Had he didn't have the history that he has, a delay in ESS wouldn't be an issue at all. Gerald had done everything possible to make people doubt him when ever he opens his mouth.
