That might explain why they didn't file the 10K back when it was due but it doesn't explain why they still haven't filed it 11 months later. I don't know what you mean about releasing a 10K to pump the share price. Publicly traded companies file a 10K because it's an SEC requirement. Are you confusing SEC filings with press releases?
