I think maybe you need a little catching up to do...They wanted to file the 10k but guess what..they got smart when our toxic note holder didn't want to play ball anymore with Hjoe. all the while the auditor was fraudulent which put a delay on the filing. which worked oddly in Hjoe's favor. Why release a 10k into the market just to pump the share price? sure get everyone excited to buy in all the while mr. Toxic is dumping shares making a fortune on shareholders back...yeah I think that's what I'd do...oh wait..!!! umm...don't they call that a "pump and dump scenario?" yeah that's it.
Didn't you say at some point Mr. Veal isn't experienced enough to run this show? must be a pretty dumb fella..yup! I'd definitely listen to your keen advice!!!! LMAO
They won't be getting suspended; they have a1- 2 year window to file. Especially if the have been in touch with the SEC and are made aware of the circumstances. it's not so cut and dry...sorry but whistle blowers like J SHELL can't pull that off for this one...silly rabbit - tricks are for kids!
