Big Pharma's of the world with 10's of billions of dollars of cash on their hands, are always on the lookout for small biotechs with promising drugs that they can either buyout or partner with, to add to their pipeline.
Are AMBS's assets really worth what we have all been led to believe? How can they be? The entire company has a market cap under 5 million, including the 7.5 million mystery NJ tax credit?
For a BP to shell out 100-300 million for an asset is chicken feed for them and happens very often.
Yet here at AMBS there seem to be ZERO interest in our products.
We were always led to believe that GC pulled off a "special" deal to pick up our assests with the exception of MANF.
I'm not buying it. BP's have whole departments looking for new promising drugs to acquire.
They all had oportunities to pickup LYMPRO,MSPrecise, ELTO, ESS.
Well guess what, none of them did and evidenty still don't have and interest.
Prime example is Lympro and MsPrecise. We basicly just gave them away for 80m shares of a shell penny stock with no liquidity.
Why? They are not worth what was hyped and no BP wanted them. Not for 5m, 10m or even a small stake in a JV.
Although ELTO, MANF and ESS "seem" like the real deal and have potential, why no interest?
IMO, they only way for this company to survive, is for this BS artist Gerald to step down and some white night with cash take over the company and push or sell some of the pipeline products.
