however - the questions can and should be applied to anyone that is suspect or trying to railroad conversation (ie - suspected iLie posters masquerading as a newbie/concerned investor):
are you a current shareholder? if not - have you owned shares previously? (you answered this already and reported 11MM)
how long have you owned shares?
are you in any way, shape, or manner associated, affiliated, or have done business (past or present) with TPAC as an employee, contractor, lender, or otherwise business connection?
have you been compensated in any way, shape, or manner for your opinions, consulting, business, or otherwise dealings with the company, its contractors, lenders, or any other affiliate connected to the company?
i would encourage all posters to ask these questions on these boards (not iLie - the post will immediately be deleted) to keep suspect posters honest. if they refuse to answer, dodge, or are defiantly ambiguous - ban them and delete their posts. per my last post - the only reason to do so is to provide cover. if they ARE connected - then their bias is shown and obviously nullifies the validity of their arguments. if they lie - they can be held accountable and charged if SEC ever investigates claims of abuse against the company. what they will do on other boards is have the post removed or just ignore and lie low for awhile and then come back or create a new alias and start over again. this board/site does not allow them that cover. keep them honest.
