The reality is this - if we stay down at this level of share price, we will need the increase in authorized shares proposed today as the Series E and H will convert into hundreds of millions of shares.
However, if the share price rises, we will not need the increase in authorized shares.
So, everybody calm down. Either the price rises based on the performance of ESS and we stabilize or the investment is toast.
It was that way last night and it remains that way today.
If I were International Infusion, I wouldn't put in an additional $5M without requiring an increase in authorized shares. It would be a breach of their duties to their investors to do so.
