Unfortunately we're still in the "talk stage". First, the Friday announcement appears to be a lateral move, taking some from one toxic and giving to another. Are there new selling restrictions and if so, what are they? And D and M still have a ton of shares to dump, can they still dump their 500k each this week?
Second, today's update states that the technical transfer is "expected" to be completed in 1st Q 2016, which would mean by end of next month. Unless they are well ahead of schedule, clinical validation and auditing can come w/ delays.
Will see what Gerald has to say today, so excuse me for not jumping up and down just yet. Been burned too many times here like everyone else.
