I found out they even can't get their official disclosures lined up. In short, it's a mess, and as a result, these disclosures loose all credibility.
I've compared the share issues to Royal Capital last year which were published in the Y2015, Q1-16 and Q2-16 disclosures.
And guess what, all three are different !
The Y2015 disclosure (end Jun 30) sums up to 591.717 mln shares to RC
Q1 (Sep 30) disclosure totals 351.717 mln.
Q2 (Dec 31) disclosure totals 576,717 mln.
Actually there's a gap in the Q1 disclosure between June 23 and Sep. 15, while in the Q2 disclosure, there are 205 mln shares issued in that period.
On the other hand, in Q1 there is an issue of 25 mln shares on June 23rd, which is not listed in Q2.
In Y2015, there are 15 mln shares listed on Jun.23.
In addition, the dates of issue don't match between the Y2015 and Q1/Q2 disclosure.
Seems someone f...ed up big time, as can also be seen by the copy/paste insert of para 5 (Financial Statements) right in the middle of the listing of issued shares (see pg 12, Q1), followed by an issuance of shares dated May 1 2014 ...
Also there are 43.5 mln shares listed in Q1 as issued in Sep to David Foley directly, but they don't show up in the Y2015 disclosure nor in the Q2.
In Y2015 there are 30 mln shares to Royal Capital. on Sep.3 and 9
In Q2, there are no issues on these dates.
