Yeah I don't think there's been enough advertising to have anyone aware that it exists, so the low numbers don't really surprise me at all. I really feel like management has been so damned cocky about their capability and their product, as if the world should just automatically approve of their decisions and by some sort of osmosis consumers should know about their offerings. They may be industry leaders, but they have failed us miserably so far, and I'm far from impressed with their capability. We have yet to see if the next year completely screws us or manages to dig themselves out of this extremely deep hole in which they've dug themselves.
