From Feb.1st to March 12 is limited conversion

From Feb.1st to March 12 is limited conversion and selling between .09 and 1.25

1) After Feb. 1st each can convert but not sell upto 1,000,000 shares each

2) After Feb. 5th each can sell 500,000 at or above .16 and another 500,000 each at or above .45

3) After Feb. 22 each can sell any remaining shares at or above .16

All limits are off below .09 and above 1.25

4) Notwithstanding the restrictions contained in item 2 above, in the event the aggregate dollar volume of trading in Company Common Stock as measured beginning February 1, 2016 exceeds $8 million, each of the Holders can trade no more than 10% of the average daily dollar volume without restriction at or above $0.16 per share.
