Well, as of today, we plan to merge the DX division into this entity (AVDX) - an entity with stock that is entirely illiquid. The public float is 2.2M shares. This dividend increases the public float of that entity to 12.2M shares.
So people can trade the stock, and if they like what they see, the price will go up. And the value of AVDX stock on the AMBS balance sheet will go up.
Otherwise, it will be stagnant with almost no shares trading hands on a daily basis. Look at the current trading volume of AVDX. Almost nothing.
