VitaCig Enters Partnership Agreement With Major Chinese E-Cig Manufacturer, Announces VitaCBD(TM) Beverage Division
BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 16, 2016) - VitaCig, Inc. (OTC PINK: VTCQ), a technology company that is harnessing mobile vaporization technology for multiple delivery applications, as well as a leader in the development, marketing, and sale of ultra-pure CBD Oil tinctures, Edibles, and E-Liquids, is pleased to announce it has closed a partnership agreement with a major Chinese e-cig manufacturer, Surpass International Technology Ltd., and also announces the launch of VitaCBD™ Beverage Division.
Under the terms of the agreement, VitaCig Inc. has received unlimited product inventory access with major Chinese e-cig manufacturer Surpass International Ltd. SURPASS has agreed to provide VitaCig with disposables, rechargeable e-cigs, the latest vaporizers and technology they are producing and also related accessories. Under the VitaCig® brand, VitaCig will be marketing and selling these innovative high-quality products through its extensive wholesale, retail, and social media channels. In exchange, and after deducting all the costs associated with bringing these products to market, VitaCig will then split the net proceeds.

VitaCig Inc. is also pleased to announce a third core Division into the company, VitaCBD™ Beverage Division. VitaCig has initiated talks with some of the leading experts in the CBD and beverage industries, and is formulating a line of CBD shots and drinks, with a focus on energy and relaxation. Products containing CBD and hemp are considered to be high in nutritional value and benefit. VitaCBD™ CBD beverages will look to incorporate a wide blend of herbal ingredients and vitamins like hemp infused natural fruit extracts, probiotics, and amino acids.
