DD - Zacks Small Cap Research
Even though this is from 2012, its very important. SCIE is in the medical field, and the development of medical devices takes years. 2012 to 2016 is not a long time. For the personal investor, it feels like 'forever', which is understandable.
I truly believe we are currently waiting on 2016 8-Ks and 10-Q's which will outline sales. SCIE is more than likely currently looking for better funding, so in the mean time, they desperately need sales to pay back their debts. Time will tell.

Notice the target price in 2012 was .30
52-Week High $0.24
52-Week Low $0.03
These prices were prior to major news on sales. If it was this high then, the PPS can go back to .24 again.
