The biggest problem with PPS is not Ntek's dilution... It's the shorts that seizes the opportunity knowing that a company is in a vulnerable state and takes advantage...once Ntek stops Dilution AND Begins Buy Backs Then And Only Then we travel north no rs will do it ... when a company begins to show revenue and profits on a consistent manner all shorts scatter and stay at bay.
