If HJOE would provide some transparency we could better estimate the revenue generated from SMS dealership fees. We know the cost per bottle to make. I assume at this level it's $.30 a bottle and HJOE sells these to SMS dealers at $1.25 a bottle for a .$95 gross profit per bottle.
1. About 30 dealers at a min $25,000 each that's $750,000 in dealer fees. Assume HJOE gets 50% so HJOE has revenue of $375,000. Now each dealers gets 3,600 bottles of product. I assume 50/50 split between products. 108,000 bottles have been produced as part of the dealer sign up. That's a cost of $32,400 to produce at $.30 a bottle or $43,200 at $.40 a bottle. So HJOE has gross revenue of between $342,600 to $331,800
2. HJOE has had some Dealer reorders but don't know how much is in a reorder.
3. On target to have 100 SMS dealers by end of 2016.
4. Canada, Cure Korea, Douglas. No updates.
5. Vegas vending machines. No updates
6. Total number of SMS dealers. No updates
7. EU no updates
8. Status of the amount still owed to Toxic lenders. No updates.
