similar to me. certainly do not need to ad based on total holdings and portfolio balance but i also believe the company is driving a lot more revenue/cash flow than what is obvious. anyone that has contacted some earlier locations moving product or SMS knows that they were harangues and harassed by bashers in an effort to dissuade them from carrying the product. it doesnt appear to have deterred dealer signups.

i would encourage all long term investors to spend a couple hundred bucks or so and buy while the price is in this range and flip the momentum and create a positive price surge. strength is in numbers. there will be some flipping from the shares purchased in the 9-11 range around 15-16 but my guess is themajority of the buying at these levels is from long term investors adding. if that assumption is correct - there wont be many sells on the way back up except for MMs shorting to cover the last several weeks shorting while the buying was anemic.

4MM shares on offer at 12. 100 holders buying at this level would be $4800 worth of stock or $48 or 40K shares spent for each of the 100 holders. if each bought $120 worth of stock - that would be 100K per shareholder or 10MM shares. that would wipe out L2 right now and then some. even with the dollar avg - $250 would be around 15-20MM shares if 100 investors bought. if you have $5-10K invested - that is 5-10% of your total. if you own 1MM shares and this movesthe price from 11 to 20 - that is 0.0008*1MM= $800 return on total shares for $250 invested.

one has to look at their overall portfolio value and think in concert on these stocks that have a real story/value behind them. this does NOT work if the stock is being diluted - that is a different mechanism.

something to consider. not that it is much on a cash basis but 35% of volume today is me
