Thanks again. The situation is Baltia etal, key people and the "whales" get together on a daily basis to review any information, or developments concerning the company. It is OUR responsibility to discredit it or verify its authenticity.
At this point it funnels to ME. I then take the time and effort to post whatever the information we deem appropriate daily, several times a day and many times in the evening as well.
We do this as a COURTESY to keep our people comfortable during this time of unscrupulous competitors and corrupt officials that have us by the short hairs. This again is a COURTESY and I have not seen this done for any other public company anywhere.
All we are required to post are 10K, 10Q, 8Ks proxys and any additional disclosures.
The audacity some people have to publicly post that it is the BOARDS responsibility to ride herd on our information, challenge our credibility and hold our feet to the fire is incredulous.
Stock boards have many purposes and unfortunately some are used to destroy companies as we have seen. They sure don't tell us how to run a company.
DUKNCVR has gone above and beyond any other shareholder and has actually become a registered Whistle Blower. This is a serious position. He very well may wind up on this list after this: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/federal-e...overnment/
This whole fiasco is much more than Baltia.
He has compiled 20,000 pages of documents. He has written a lengthy expose that has been submitted to the press. He has also reached out and worked with some political luminaries and government officials.
The heat is on. The last thing I myself, he or anyone at Baltia needs is some cocky shareholder to bite the hand that feeds him.
We do the work and the shareholders have been able to enjoy some of the behind the scenes activity. But when this opportunity that is a privilege becomes a "right" or a demand and we are being scrutinized publicly by these same people the party is over. We have asked for these kinds of questions to be as you suggested a PM but too many want to pontificate and make proclamations to massage their ego.
As PICCLINER stated, it's MY "pity party." Only my GUESTS get to come. Nobody else is invited.
