Why not just post it on CNN iReport... then we all do our part in sharing it with local news outlets.
I don't know the the details of this delay other than what's posted on this board about 'busy news day yesterday'... but if it is a paid PR type release, the publisher may have a real issue with publishing a bombshell report basically outlining a RICO case involving a federal agency... Especially if the report is not coming directly from Baltia or the FBI for that matter.
Could that be the delay... that they just won't publish it?
My opinion, it should be on CNN iReport either way and let us all go to town with it.
