original CE *banked* (literally) on outlasting P2O .. they failed
they called the tech a scam .. they failed .. NYSDEC 5 and 10 year permits
as of Mid Summer 2014 .. *coincidentally* the last time *crew* almost lost
the PPS (19c)
i suspect *CONtemplation* is underway about the *possibility* of a CONtrolled *RUN*
imo CE has *issues* @ 6c .. not much of a CONtrolled *RUN*

since I know for a fact that 2 longs' GTCs are @ 026 (significantly higher than NN's
*elastic 10k size* showing) exist .. and *crew* went silent after their usual
*bombardment* to clutter up the joint with lots and lots of *noise* .. i'm waiting
to see what next head fake *develops* via the vehicle of choice for OTC stock
manipulation
