They could have become impatient with the continuous lack of information direct from the company and the continually changing predictions from posters who say they've spoken with McHenry.
In reality even when we were getting information from Garry it always ended up not panning out in the timeline or way any of us expected. And to this day no one has any idea what DUTV is accomplishing (or not accomplishing) in the IP marketplace.
In my opinion, that is enough to make a very patient investor jump ship, even at this share price. With that many shares they may have felt that it would be better to get something than to have DUTV go dark and then they get nothing.
Your post indicates that you think they should have had a better plan. I personally think Garry should have had a better plan for informing, encouraging and rewarding his investors, who according to you have bought up all the existing shares and positioned this company to return a multi-dollar share price for investors. I don't agree with that assessment but if it were true, as a CEO he should have shown much more tangible investor relations interest.
