There is such a thing as jet lag and Bill could very well have been awake. I've flown to Europe and the Middle East numerous times and I can attest to experiencing jet lag. Your whole body's system is thrown out of whack sometimes for a couple of days.

I wouldn't be too concerned with the other items you've brought up in your post. I also haven't had replies to some of my tweets to him. Bill is doing everything he's said he would do.
