I have to pose a question that's been bugging me f

Has anyone checked your OS on your trading domain? Regardless of what OTC Markets may reflect, I've noticed my ETrade still reflects TPAC at 3.83B. I've also checked Ycharts and it says the same along with a few others sites.
Now, I'm no experienced trader, but I am analytical... And I have looked at other stocks I'm trading to know when the PPS goes up and the market capitalization goes up, the OS should also be reflective of the PPS and MC. However, when TPAC reached a MC of 22.1 million, if the OS is in-fact 1.9B after a share buy-back, then we should have had a reflected PPS of .011 at minimum by now.
I'm invested in another stock that moves very similar to TPAC, and it actually had a major dip the past few days.. When the dip happened, the MC changed and concurrently, the OS adjusted higher as shares were sold and bought.
I'm not trying to be negative because I've been a TPAC long, but it's concerning that so many shares are being accumulated, there's supposed to be a share buyback taking place and yet nothing is changing with the OS.
Further, there's 5 things I noticed about Bill's tweets and no one caught it:
1. Next month we have significant assembly work to do. I will take and post photos as we go through the process
This never happened and that tweet was made on 1/11
2. @TPACbearings Bill.I did see 3.83 bil on otcmkts..Does it take a while for them to update info? I thought I should let you know this.
@ericroseman1 No you didn't. I just checked. It's current. You're off by 1.5 billion
@TPACbearings I did..I"ll post the link..
Bill never responded after this except to tweet out the OS is 2.2B but it has not been updated on any of the trading domains which is odd.
3. Flight to LA today. Lots accomplished. Parts almost completed for PO. I'll have follow-up meetings in USA. Will have in-depth update soon
This was tweeted at 12:14 am CST on 2/2 which would make it 2:14pm in Hong Kong. The flight time from Hong Kong to LA is 15 hours which would have put Bill back at 5:30 am on 2/3 assuming he left at 2:30 pm from HK on 2/2.
4. Just got an invitation from Projen HQ to go to Dali City after Chinese New Year to discuss a partnership. Will go in late Feb or early March
We received this tweet at 11:02 pm on 2/2 which means Bill would have had to tweet it from the flight. This also came on the heels of having a major run the day before with the stock price. And then...
5. @ericroseman1 I'm not going to release the name of the distributor without their prior consent. When they approve, I will release their name
At 8:36 am on 2/3 this was tweeted out, which means Bill would have only had 2 hours of sleep following a 15 hour flight, to-which he was up midway through the flight to tweet out the previous message. The timing just doesn't make sense. That's all I'm saying.
5. Tweets 1 and 3 listed above should go together. "Will take and post photos as we go through the process," and "parts almost complete for PO." As shareholders, we have yet to see the pictures he said he would post as he went through the process.
Also, one of the shareholders contacted Bill 5 times requesting an opportunity to go and your the facilities, but Bill never returned his call, text, or email for the request to visit. Even after he said he welcomed a tour of the facilities if we contacted him.
I'm not saying things won't add up, I'm just aware that some things aren't adding up currently. I work in a field where it is my job to assess and analyze people and what they "aren't" saying because I'm dealing with aspects of their personal finances. So these are the types of inconsistencies that throw up yellow flags for me. If he's got time to read the postings on chat boards, then he should be receiving request from shareholders for tours and have time to post the pictures or evidence of work taking place.
Just my opinion for the day. But take some time to think about it and not about the profits we ALL hope to make from. Business with great "potential."
