Weekly VOL is now 99M which is 2nd highest in last 3 yrs
only to APRIL 2015.
And Guess what, From the APRIL 2015 LOW NTEK
was UP 100% by First week of MAY 2015.
Combine that with the EXTREME RSI historical readings
and the ODDS are VERY HIGH we get a 50%-100% rally within
next 30 days....
5 for 5 on historical RSI extremes is high odds we're looking
at a 50%-100% rally within 30 days.
IF .003 holds for a low then we
could expect to be trading around .0045-.006 area
in FEB with any kind of CATALYST news like a
