As per the 10k 18m in commissions was generated in fiscal year 2015. In 2014 98% of revenues were generated from Main Ave. So if the model was the same in 2015 and it appears that Main ave is still the crown jewel that scrc owns than we know we did more than 18m in revenues. Cosmo outlined it yesterday so if they are at 55% commission the # comes in at 32.8. Again simply an illustration as no one truly knows. Keep in mind the preliminary #s for q1 2014 showed 4% so if in fact they did those type of revenues we are looking at about .008 x 10x or .08 cents per share.
What we really need to see what are the nets after q1 for 2015 which is ancient news at this point. Management stated in q2 2015 that they implemented cost cutting initiatives. So we will have to see what took place the last half of 2015 which is in the rear view mirror at this point nonetheless it will give us an idea where the company is at.
I personally would like to see their nets resemble what q3 of 2014 was remember????? about 12% when the company did 13m in revenues at made about .01 cents a share. If they can somehow get 30m at 12% then we are looking at about .02 cents a share eps. So if you want to use 10x thus approx .20 cents a share.
We will have to see this year how the doctors dispensing program takes off along with Pimd. If you recall the company stated at 2 conferences that they will sign on 50 doctors by dec 31st 2015. Management also stated that would equate to 5.8m in NET INCOME NOT REVENUES. Frankly I think that # is very very high imo. However that is what they had on their deck when they 1st spoke about the doctors dispensing program. Naturally if they ever get this up and running then Pimd would start to generate nice revenues.
