We know that the company is profitable for 2015 per their words on the 10k. We know that a going concern was NOT issued. We know that that company did 18m in commissions per the 10k. At 55% 32.8m. at 60% 30m. We know the 1st quarter that is unaudited was put out twice at 8.9m in revenues and 400k in net income. We know the shares outstanding are 142.5m.
Even if 55% thats approx 32.8m. The key more so are the nets. q1 2014 extremely likely 4%. Q2 2014 they put in initiatives. So it will be so much better than a .04 cent loss or 4.5m loss income 2014. The street is forward looking.
I am led to believe margins for last 3 quarters must be better than 4%. That is what the key is margins. I am hoping closer to 8% as the billing should not be at 12% like it was. I have to believe far better.
We loss 13m in 2013. We los 4.5m in 2014 as they put everything in the 4th quarter. Blue skies going forward. I believe a solid year.
