1) SCRC is a penny stock which generated over $30M in revenues for 2014 - Not bad at all for a penny stock. Most penny stocks are classified as "shell" company - nothing concrete.
2) 55-65% commission rates killed us.
3) Still a lot of debt.
4) We all heard rumors pertaining to 2015 revenues, now we need to see the 10Qs to validate actual revenues.
As an FYI, I interviewed a candidate for a position we have. He was working for a large pharma company big into compound pharmacy for 4 years. He told me in the hey day in 2014 his company was generating $5-7M a month in compound pharmacy revenues. Once ExpressScripts cut the reimbursements, they dropped to less than $1M a month. Sound familiar? It wasn't just SCRC who was affected.
I still own my shares and believe once SCRC cleans up the books and gets current with the filings, reduces the debt, maximizes revenue streams, and cuts commission rates, 2016 will be a profitable year. PPS prediction - I will only say we should get out of this single digit crap for good in the next few months.
I am optimistic.
