Kenbe what is good is that the 10k audit is signed off and done. One key thing although there was a 4.5m loss for 2014 there were not any restatements. The company stated for 2015 that they are going to be profitable so forward looking is what the market will look at. I am mindful that it is indeed 2016.
If I had to make a guess most of the market participants all thought this was mot coming out. I can certainly understand why. Now the company should be able to provide updates to the shareholders very soon. Keep in mind that q1 thru q3 are unaudited reports and likely done already. I would think we should see the reports very soon. I will not put an exact time frame on that but they are coming.
I noticed that the sales group that was put on by Mr Brosius in fiscal year 2015 did approx 18m in commissions. So we know there were revenues for 2015. So if you guys want to guess what we did for revs in 2015 we know it will be over 18m as that it what Mr Brosius sales group got paid in comes. So the bottom line some business is being done. The company said they are profitable and have 450k cash on hand.
I would expect to see updates in the next 4 to 8 weeks or less.
