9/15/15 - China has demand for 6300 new planes over the next couple decades worth an estimated $950B.
9/30/15 - TPAC's presently negotiating two acquisitions and a JV (Joint Venture) as well as potential purchase orders.
It took three tries from 2010 to get NAVAIR approval or certification in August 2014.
10/21/15 - TPAC's approved under SAE-AS81820 & SAE-AS81934 for self lubricating plain SPHERICAL bearings and bushings.
In the world, only the following also have NAVAIR approval for the above: RBC, Minebea, Aurora, Kahr, Kamatics, Specline and SKF (for some applications).
Only TPAC has a facility in China that is qualified (approved for AS81820 & AS81934).
12/28/15 - TPAC will stay with its plan and grow, focusing on growth through sales, partnership and acquisitions while continuing to reduce the O/S to up list (NASDAQ).
12/30/15 - TPAC expects 2-3 significant acquisitions; partnership with a major Chinese aerospace firm; approved supplier to Boeing, Airbus, COMAC and Embraer.
12/31/15 - TPAC just signed marketing deal with an Australian company that'll market our products in Australia, SE Asia and Middle East... targeting aviation, aerospace, mining, naval and defense industries.... indeed a great opportunity!
1/1/16 - TPAC's liner is proprietary and can't be duplicated so we can protect our IP (Intellectual Property). The design and approval process is what takes so long and we are one of only six to do it!
1/5/16 - TPAC has just been approved as a Boeing supplier!
1/8/16 - Major meeting with Boeing ... giving opportunity to assist AVIC with Boeing.
1/11/16 - Next month we have significant assembly work... will post photos... we are not normal OTC.
1/20/16 - One of our directors is attending Boeing Production Summit today.
In April TPAC will attend Aerospace and Defense Supplier Summit in Seattle.
1/21/16 - TPAC is approved to make and sell bearings, has superior delivery time and great pricing as well as China offset advantages no one else has.
1/25/16 - There's strong interest from three funds... TPAC will meet with them in February.
I believe the above summary is all part of the business plan TPAC has been pursuing for the last several years and it's now coming together... it's been a lot of hard work and taken time but that's been setting Trans-Pacific for what Bill McKay (with more than a quarter century in the industy) has been destined to do.
