$TPAC Well, it looks like $TPAC is about to get a whole

$TPAC Well, it looks like $TPAC is about to get a whole lot bigger than any of us expected. We were only supposed to acquire 1-2 companies, with a 3rd being a wild card. Now, as per the most recent Tweets, we are set to acquire 4-5 businesses, all of which can be qualified via $TPAC and can act to provide service to Boeing and other major players. We are likely about to find ourselves on a website such as Boeing, AVIC, COMAC, or some company of the like. By the way Bill phrased his Tweet, it appears this agreement comes with immediate name brand recognition. I will post the new Tweets at the bottom of this post for further examination.

When we think of what is to come here, let's be well aware of the post by DJKnows(and public info) that stated that the annual value of the initial two acquisitions would be $27M in revenues. We are now looking at 2-3 more acquisitions. What type of annual revs are we looking at now? Additionally, Doebop posted a few times with spot on calculations of our future valuation; one of these is in the sticky section, and one was a post on ihub I referenced in a post of mine here. Remember from that valuation, that $160k in revs with the current SS equates to a pps of .012. To say $27M in revs would blow that pps out of the water would be an understatement. And to say that 2-3 more acquisitions would not boost the pps and inherent valuation that much further, would be bordering on ignorant.

Yesterday, BarkOLounger made a great point. Do not expect the most near-term financials to show as profitable, but rather as a loss. Not to worry, as those fins will be the last of their kind, seeing as we have just entered profitable times here and are only trending further that direction. Should the price drop momentarily based on those fins, that would be a prime time to load, as once the news comes out, this thing is going to move. And, to look even more into the future, once positive revs start coming this year, we will have a baked in valuation much, much higher than our current high of .0069, let alone down here or below.

One of the biggest things during this current time of transition, before news that is, and also in expectation of the upcoming fins, is to ignore the negativity. This is born of doubt and skepticism on the part of some who have been burned in the past. And aside from those honest individuals projecting their fear and anger unto the message boards, there will be the pros looking to expand on that fear, doubt and anger, by posting any and all information to the contrary of the good going on. They will find any slant they can to attempt to negate the validity of any new information. They will also post lots of outdated information to serve the same function. Their goal is to exhaust you of your emotional resources to the point that the voice inside your head is no longer filled with words and knowledge of your own, but words and misinformation of theirs, riddled with inaccuracies. They want your shares and want them cheap. Some of these individuals will be shorts and will be profiting on both the short and cover, as well as the long position via accumulation, and some will just be longs or flippers that want your shares as low as you're willing to give them up. Hold strong unless it is obvious to all to do otherwise.

There is a wealth of DD on this stock. RSALAZAR has some very concise and great information that has been stickied. Take a look at that, read through the Twitter feed, starting in the summer/early fall of 2015, and feel free to contact Bill as well. Analyze the charts, but don't overlook the fundamentals. They both hold equal weight on this one and will work hand in hand to some degree here.

One of the best parts about this stock is that there is zero convertible debt. All of it has been paid in full and no more will be accepted. But it gets better, a lot better. We are in the midst of a 1.8B O/S retirement, with just over 1B already retired. And if that were not enough, Bill stated publicly on Twitter that the company will continue buying back after the initial 1.8B. So, with those shares being further and further extracted from the market, that alone will make this move faster and faster on lesser volume. And when referencing the valuations, which were stated as being conservative, realize that those valuations were based upon our current SS. Those same valuations will be much more significant when based on a smaller O/S and an even great number of businesses acquired than originally planned. We are good to go and then some here.

Here are the posts I have referenced here. Please take a look at them.

And now for the most recent Tweets. Read and dissect these. And as I mentioned earlier in this post, go back and read through the Twitter feed dating back as far as the middle of summer or early fall of 2015. There is an abundant amount of info, to say the least.

Expect term sheet from I bankers. Financing would allow 4-5 strategic acquisitions in China. Targets can get Boeing qualification thru TPAC

Keep a cool head, do your DD inside and out, analyze the charts, and look for non-biased posts for additional support, or as a prompting for further inquiry. The company has a great business plan and some highly coveted certifications to match our current and budding future relationships. We have an excellent and experienced management team and a great CEO driving this upward. Once all of the DD is done(at least until new info surfaces), sit back and enjoy the ride; it's going to be a good one.

And for a bit of speculative benefit to ice the $TPAC cake here via our future partner, AVIC, I would like to thank an investor friend of mine, whose name I will keep private(Thank you, "T"!!!), for PM'ing me this info. Looks like AVIC is working on yet another big project. A few of you are already in the know about this, but to the others who are not, please enjoy.

Thank you to all here. We have a great team behind the scenes and also on the boards. The information provided by some, coupled with the loyalty and positive posting of others has been and will continue to be proven invaluable here, and for that I and many others will continue to be very grateful for your contributions. All the best to Bill, the company, our team of investors, and anyone just reading up on $TPAC for the first time. This is the start of a monster year.
