Maybe it means that Dustin is the "other investor brought in by International Infusion" and he invested $1M on January 27 and plans to invest $1M more on these dates:
$500,000 Monday February 15, 2016
$500,000 Monday February 29, 2016
And if he doesn't the Leak Out Agreement is no longer valid.
Would seem to make the most sense given the cryptic reference in the Leak Out Agreement.
