The bid at .03 of 1m shares was the biggest bid I have seen in over 7 months plus. That is a very bullish signal to me. It is very likely that the 1m at .03 will not get hit. So what happens??????? I am of the belief that 1m bid at .03 ( 30k dollars) will move up in attempt to get filled. We finished the day at .0360 as there were approx 100k traded at .036 offer taken out (CSTI) a retail order. Immediately the offer went to .04119.

As with every penny stock CDEL runs algos each and every day. It seemed to me that cel the last few days was putting their inventory out at .03 the last 3 to 4 days. Why???? The stock was pretty dead for the last several weeks and cel want to clear their books. They are also using adtf now as one of their disguises as I have seen it on other stocks as well.

It seems to me there is on the books right now less than 500k shares to .05. It is possible that can fill in and be higher but from what I can see there is 50k at .04119 110k at .042 then .05. I am sure between .042 and .05 it will fill in.

What to make of this?????? As everyone knows in order to be compliant scrc has to have their 10k filed as well as the unaudited reports of q1,q2, and q3 of 2015. I am of the opinion that right now there is less stock to come out the system to be sold. So it may be possible if scrc gets their 10k out this can go higher before they become fully compliant. This is a guess on my behalf as it is difficult to handicap this.

It looks like the stock has held .025 very well for the most part the last 6 months or so. It will be interesting to see what the #s are with scrc. I am hopeful that we see a recovery this year.
